You feel lethargic and guilty because you know that if you pushed yourself to exercise, you’d feel better. Perhaps you hate the gym and need to find other ways to increase your fitness. Or maybe you think you just don’t have time to exercise right now.

This is how it works
Our specialist coaches will work with you during an initial telephone consultation to understand how we can help you. First we’ll look at your current situation including what exercise or physical activity you’re doing at the moment, your feelings towards exercise and what components of exercise you like and hate. We’ll then begin to set some realistic goals in relation to your fitness. This is an exciting process where you’ll make the decision to change your life for good. You will learn to ‘flick the switch’ and make physical fitness another part of your routine, like brushing your teeth!
During each 45 minute session we’ll use coaching, tools and exercises to get to the bottom of your issues. Our coaches use a questioning technique where you really get to understand yourself better. We never give advice or tell people what to do, the power of the coaching process lies in the knowledge that people have the answers they need to succeed – you just sometimes need the help of a coach to find them.
We’ll review the actions taken between sessions and then work through the next goal – it’s all about taking small steps – consistently! We sometimes set you (fun!) homework or give you a question to think about between sessions. You’ll be amazed at what these uncover. We’ll regularly assess your progress and celebrate your achievements with you – rewards are a vital part of the process.
