The Problem

Yvonne had been struggling to lose weight for many months.  She lacked energy and rarely took any exercise. Yvonne was aware that she needed to change, but was lacking the motivation and encouragement to start.  Yvonne wanted to look at a number of areas connected to her health and set some goals around weight loss, healthier eating, increasing her energy levels and getting motivated to look after herself and her family’s health better.

The Solution

We set up a series of 45 minute weekly phone coaching sessions and unlimited email support in-between each one. We looked at why Yvonne had started to neglect her health, what she really wanted to change and more importantly, how she was going to get there! We used visualisation to help Yvonne see how amazing her future would be once she’d achieved her goals, which kept her motivated. By checking in with the Vitality Coach each week we could keep track on Yvonne’s progress. Once the barriers to creating better health had been identified, Yvonne was able to start addressing these issues enabling her to work towards her goals.  Within three months, Yvonne had lost the weight  she’d been she’d been struggling with for a long time, changed the way she shopped for food and felt more energised and motivated to look after her health.

The Problem

Sarah was so busy setting up her business that her wellbeing had taken a back step. She had little energy to keep up with everything she had to do and her diet and fitness was suffering. Sarah was desperate to make more time for her health and needed help to reorganise her schedule to make health her number one priority.

The Solution

After an initial consultation to work out the areas where Sarah needed help, we began a series of weekly, 45 minute phone coaching sessions.  We used a simple tool to assess different areas of Sarah’s health including her fitness, diet and relaxation time. Sarah was able to take each area and start to develop inspiring goals that would get her health back on track. Taking each goal step by step we were able to build Sarah’s motivation as she became more aware of her strengths and felt encouraged by her achievements. Sarah left every session feeling very positive, motivated and focused on my goal and the necessary steps to achieve it. After our sessions ended, Sarah had addressed her health and wellbeing issues and was filled with motivation to take better care of herself, by eating better, stopping smoking and taking regular exercise.
