What we do
The Vitality Coach uses a coaching-by-phone process, specifically within the areas of diet, fitness and overall wellbeing. Taking a holistic view of every client ensures that any potential barriers to creating a healthier you are dealt with so nothing holds you back from achieving your goals. You’ll have ongoing one-to-one support to ensure you stay invigorated and on track.
How it works
- We’ll have an initial consultation where you’ll tell us what you want to achieve. You might want to:
- Lose weight
- Increase exercise motivation
- Banish emotional eating
- Get support to manage your time better to include health eating and fitness
- You decide how many sessions you would like to invest in and we set up a regular time slot for you to call in (this can be flexible)
- You’ll set the agenda and outcome for each session.
- We’ll work with you by phone for 45mins to get you to where you want to be.
- We’ll conduct a regular assessment with you to make sure you’re heading in the right direction and happy with your successes
You’re personal investment
In coaching we have 100% belief in you and that you have all the internal resources you need to achieve your goals – we know this, our clients are the evidence. Each week you’ll have activities or mini-goals to achieve. It’s your responsibility to complete these. Each step takes you a little nearer to where you want to be. It might be challenging at times, but the rewards are amazing. |
