Who we are
The Vitality Coach was set up by Chris Caudle in 2009. A qualified personal performance coach, Chris had worked with many people who were looking for a solution to their ongoing battle with dieting, exercise motivation and control over their health. Chris soon recognised the same repeating patterns in his clients’ behaviour including yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and lack of motivation. Through coaching, Chris helped his clients to break through their barriers and limiting behaviours, propelling them towards their diet, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Chris was disillusioned by the incredible amount of conflicting information available, specifically around diet and weight loss and wanted to help people simplify the information, get back to basics and create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle without the fads and disappointments. The Vitality Coach was established to help people overcome procrastination, excuses, and damaging lifestyle choices and support them to create sustainable, balanced and healthy lives.
Having identified the key motivators driving his own health behaviours, Chris turned his life around to model The Vitality Coach approach to diet, fitness and health he now uses with his clients to help them fulfil their goals.
