Hey, I’m Lisa, yoga teacher yoga therapist and Personal Trainer who specialises in helping people unleash their true potential. 

 

I work closely with my clients offering genuine heartfelt support and cheering them on to move beyond their comfort zone.

 

As a gym goer and yogi, I believe in finding the balance between effort and ease. Not only will I coach you with your fitness and nutrition goals, I can also bring in my skills and experience to help with stress, sleep and anxiety. This holistic approach will enhance your ability to navigate life’s challenges, as I truly believe that optimal wellness is about finding harmony with our physical, mental and emotional health. 

 

I offer Personal Training packages, group and 1:1 Yoga and Yoga therapy.

A little bit about me

At home I'm called LuLu.  I spend most days in leggings - comfort is queen! I have a dislike to heels and clothes shopping and I love dark chocolate and cake!  

​

I try not to take life too seriously and love a good giggle.  In my free time I'll most likely be in the bath with bubbles, candles and a guided meditation.  If you're buying me a drink, I'll have a Oat Latte in the week and a G&T at the weekend ;-)
