I’m Lisa and I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and therapist who specialises in helping people reach their goals to vitality.  Taking an holistic approach to coaching, my mission is to empower my clients to take charge of their lives, by introducing them to the important connection between physical health and mental well-being.

Through my experience of teaching yoga and holding space for clients in therapy, I have had the pleasure of working with people who are dealing with a variety of challenges in their lives. From autoimmune conditions, anxiety, bereavement, stress, sleep issues, PMDD, menopause, and those rehabilitating from illness and injury.  In addition to busy working men and women, and mums of young children who are trying to balance plates!

What I often hear from clients is their deep desire to feel a sense of aliveness, energy and to get leaner, stronger and thrive at life. The barrier however, when living with some of the above issues, is that it can often feel like a relentless uphill battle.

Its not easy to change habits when met with mental and emotional triggers that leave us unmotivated, lethargic and in some cases leads to cycles of self-sabotage. 

I can tell you that I have been in that place, I know how it feels.  I am not someone that has been always been in to sports and fitness and knows no other existence. 

These days however, I have a very strong, focused mindset.  I can adopt serious levels of discipline to whatever goals I set for myself.  I’ve had to do a lot of work on myself over the past decade and have done so using yoga modalities, therapy and strength training.  As a result, I have learned to better understand my triggers to overeating, I have a much deeper connection to my body and have a stronger awareness to the crazy chatter of the mind. 

I’ll share with you my skills and experience so you can reach the best version of yourself, whilst developing healthy living habits that set you up for long-term success and an unshakable self-confidence.
